Open Saturday Volunteer Day: Saturday, October 26

Saturday, October 26, 9am - 12pm

Arcadia hosts volunteers on the farm one Saturday per month* from 9am-12pm.

We ask that volunteers register online for the workday.

Farm work may include: weeding, planting seeds, transplanting, sifting compost, hauling manure and compost, digging, watering and more. We provide gloves, tools, and drinking water.

On regular farm work days, volunteers should:

  • Register in advance (registration opens during the last week of each month for the following month)
  • Come on time! We start promptly at 9am
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, including close-toed shoes
  • Dress for the weather
  • Bring a water bottle and/or snack
