On Farm Education Manager
Arcadia seeks an On-Farm Education Manager for our nutrition and sustainable agriculture educational programs. The Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and directing the Farm Camp, Field Trips, Small Group Visits, with shared responsibility for Open Volunteer Days, and the Fall Funtacular on the grounds of our Educational Farm at Woodlawn, a National Trust Historic Site, in Alexandria, VA.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with kids and who enjoys being outdoors in a farm setting. Management experience is preferred as the On-Farm Education Manager is responsible for the onboarding and training of around 15 seasonal staff members each year.
Farm Camp Manager
Arcadia seeks a Manager for our Summer Farm Camp. The Manager will be primarily responsible for managing the conduction of the Farm Camp program and supervising a small team of Farm Camp Counselors during five, one-week sessions at our working farm on the grounds of Woodlawn, a National Trust Historic Site, in Alexandria, VA.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with kids and who enjoys being outdoors in a farm setting. Camp counselor or camp management experience is preferred. Farming or gardening experience is preferred but not required.

Farm Camp Counselor
We’re looking for Counselors for Arcadia’s summer Farm Camp. Counselors will be primarily responsible for an age-specific group of children during five one-week sessions at our working farm on the grounds of Woodlawn, a National Trust Historic Site, in Alexandria, VA.

Field Trip Guides
We're hiring Field Trip Guides to work with elementary and middle school classrooms who visit the farm for immersive, educational experiences in sustainable food and farming. Through Arcadia’s Field Trip program, we connect children to where their food comes from, the science behind what makes healthy soil, what makes up a plant, and much more! Our Field Trip Guides play an integral part in bridging the gap between local food systems and our surrounding elementary schools.

Mobile Market Associate
The Mobile Market season runs mid-May through mid-December 2025. We operate at eight market locations in total Tuesday through Saturday as well as operating shifts at our warehouse in Hyattsville, Md. Shifts will include a combination of weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. Priority will be given to candidates able to commit 3 shifts weekly, including Saturdays.
